Callie-Anne Lyn Dasilva issued 355-day jail term

Callie-Anne Lyn Dasilva was also sentenced to one year probation and prohibited from driving for one year for the May 18, 2021 incident.

Prince George RCMP received multiple 911 calls about a pickup truck progressing at irregular speeds, swerving across the road and almost hitting several vehicles while making its way along streets in the Bowl area and towards College Heights. Police used their vehicles to stop the truck at the junction of Highways 16 and 97.

Dasilva was sentenced on one count each of driving while impaired, dangerous driving and possessing stolen property under $5,000. She was also sentenced to time served for breaching probation from a separate incident. Dasilva was in custody for 44 days in that count prior to sentencing.
