Resident says cameras a good start but not the full solution to property crimes

In this sense, the camera system could provide law enforcement with additional capacity to investigate and perhaps identify suspects. Although the project isn’t being expanded at this stage, Donovan said they’ve had some residents in areas without cameras ask for them. She said the town would evaluate the success of the pilot project over the course of the coming year.
“If we have a call that needs to be investigated, it’s good to know that we have that tool in Wolfville that could potentially capture some evidence,” Wilson said.
