A weather storm created travel chaos for holiday travellers across Canada

In a separate phone call from Wetaskiwin, Brownlee also noted it as one of the places she’ll miss having her daughter this year – “she’s a great cook. We bounce around together in the kitchen and we have a great time.” “An important part of the way we start Christmas is to go to church together on Christmas Eve. So it was with sadness and “resigned acceptance” that she realized her holidays with family wouldn’t happen as planned. She’s been travelling at Christmas since starting university, said Matheson, 31, an office manager with a local midwifery collective. This is her first year dealing with a full-on cancellation of her flight plans.
