You miss 100 per cent of the shots you don’t take. I know the clichés — and they’re right. The resume has been dusted off and I’ve Googled what “rapporteur” means. That’s a start. While I don’t particularly want to be thrust back into the public eye, as an eminent Canadian, it seems like my duty to say yes since someone is bound to put my name forward, you know? I wonder what sort of “eminent” they’re looking for to investigate this China dustup.
