The IQ Complex in Moscow's west has been the target of successive drone strikes in what Russia called an attempted 'terrorist attack'.

abc.net.au/news/moscow-tower-hit-by-drone-strikes/102677096Recent drone strikes on a Moscow skyscraper are part of a pattern of "psychological warfare" being waged by Ukraine, according to one Australian expert.

Moscow has come under repeated drone attacks since early May, when two drones targeted the roof of a building in the Kremlin. It is located in a district in Moscow's west that is also home to two of the three tallest skyscrapers in Europe.Dr Sonia Mycak, a research fellow at ANU's Centre for European Studies, says the attacks are a form of "psychological warfare".

"Russia is using propaganda and disinformation through digital media, communications, and mass media to dis-inform not only its own population, but to attempt to dis-inform the rest of the world," Dr Mycak explained.
