Picture: NCA NewsWire/ Gaye Gerard The court heard he introduced himself and began to ask her a series of questions such as how often she worked at the store and what she was studying.
However, the former chief executive returned to court the next year to sue NSW Police for what he alleged was wrongful arrest, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. The District Court judge erred in his 2023 findings, Mr Reeves’ legal team argued during an appeal hearing on Monday.
