South Australia is set to become the first Australian jurisdiction with an Indigenous Voice To Parliament, with new laws to be introduced this week. 9News

"We made it clear that we were committed to the full Uluru Statement from the Heart and we have been consulting with the community broadly, both Indigenous communities and non-Indigenous communities, and we have arrived at a model to put it into the Parliament," he told Today.South Australia Premier Peter Malinauskas says the state will have its own Indigenous Voice to Parliament.
