Pretty nifty feature ngl 👍🏻 WhatsApp TechNave
This Stickers suggestion feature was spotted by the good folks at WABetaInfo and is part of the WhatsApp beta for Android version 2.23.14.16. Basically, a new Stickers tray will appear above the keyboard when you select an emoji, giving you the option to send the matching Sticker instead of the emoji.
Furthermore, WABetaInfo’s testing also showed that this feature is compatible with third-party stickers. However, users may have to modify the sticker pack within the application they used to create it and associate an emoji with each sticker. Currently, this feature is only available to some beta testers on Android, meaning that WhatsApp is still testing it out. There’s no guarantee that Stickers suggestions would make their way to the full version of WhatsApp, though we definitely could see the feature’s appeal and won’t mind it being introduced.
