New tools for group admins WhatsApp TechNave
As WhatsApp continues to update its app, the latest update is making groups more manageable for admins as well as allowing participants to navigate around. Read on below to check out this short news.
For admins, WhatsApp is giving admins more control over privacy in group chats. Admins will be given a new tool that can decide who can join the group as well as choose to share the invite link or make their group joinable in a community. As you can see in the image below, admins can quickly accept requests and see which groups they have in common.
Speaking of having common groups, the WhatsApp team is also making it easier for admins to check and remember the group names that they share with someone. They just need to search for a contact's name and the WhatsApp UI will just show up the common groups . It's super easy, barely an inconvenience.
WhatsApp said that the new updates will be rolling out soon globally in the next few weeks. That's all, folks. Stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
