A judge ruled last night that former White House Counsel Don McGahn must testify to Congress, but what does it mean for impeachment?
House Democrats and the Trump administration are within striking distance of a trade agreement to rework NAFTA, Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced on Monday. Democrats want the new pact to include stronger enforcement mechanisms before allowing a House vote on the deal. “The NAFTA 2.0 draft lacked the concrete, effective enforcement mechanisms needed to ensure that the agreement became more than a list of promises on paper,” Pelosi said.
