Emergency services were called to Hythe and Earl Street in Mt Druitt about 10.10 am Tuesday, following reports a child had fallen from a balcony.
A Careflight helicopter along with a specialist medical crew attended the scene and the boy was taken to Westmead Children's Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Offer ends 31 October, 2023“This young boy has fallen quite a distance, about 10 to 12 metres from the balcony of a top floor apartment," Mr Thomas said.The boy remains in hospital where he will undergo further scans.
