Cardboard means less weeding and virtually no disease-carrying insects.“We try not to till,” he said, “and we use organic mulches,” like seaweed and rhubarb leaves.

We don’t want to become wealthy, we want to build an equitable food model where we acknowledge our responsibility to how we grow food and how we treat and pay the people who grow our food.”
