It won’t take much more for this to be a two-team race in the NFC West between the Seahawks and 49ers.
The Seattle Seahawks won’t play their Week 4 game until Monday against the Detroit Lions. Depending on the result, Seattle will either remain at least two games ahead of the rest of the NFC West, or hold just a one-game edge on the reigning NFC champion San Francisco 49ers. As expected, the 49ers snapped their two-game losing run with a fairly easy 30-13 win over the New England Patriots.
Our old pal Darrell Taylor had the critical pressure that forced Matthew Stafford into the game-losing interception. He could’ve been called for roughing the passer for a blow to the head but it wasn’t called! Lastly, the Arizona Cardinals defense was shredded by Washington Commanders rookie sensation Jayden Daniels. The former LSU star and Heisman Trophy winner went 26/30 for 233 yards, a passing touchdown, a rushing touchdown, and an interception in a 42-14 romp.
