Planned to extend from Feb. 24 to March 4 — a week where the legislature is not sitting — St-Pierre Plamondon will be hitting four cities: Oxford in England, the Scottish capital Edinburgh, Brussels and Paris.at the fabled university in 2006. He delivered a speech to students at Oxford’s Nuffield College, where he discussed independence and the debate back home over the oath to King Charles III.
