The new psf-price high at Waterfall Gardens was achieved with the sale of a 1,830 sq ft unit for $3.98 million on May 19 Bartley Ridge is another condo that saw a new psf-price high when a 1,173 sq ft apartment on the 15th floor changed hands for $2.2 million on May 23. The sale of the three-bedroom plus-study unit exceeds the previous record of $1,843 psf set in February when a 1,302 sq ft unit on the fifth floor was sold for $2.4 million.
