Well, Cineplex is making that wish come true by hosting viewing parties in 34 select theatres across the country from St. John to Vancouver — including 15 in Ontario — for Sunday’s highly anticipated Canada vs. Croatia match at 11 a.m. ET and Canada’s meetup on Thursday against Morocco at 10 a.m. ET.Sign up to receive daily headline news from the Ottawa SUN, a division of Postmedia Network Inc.
All proceeds from the $5 admission will go to Foodbanks Canada to help support its holiday food drive efforts.
