After signing his first pro contract this week, the young defenceman has joined the NHL club on a road trip to New Jersey.
All top prospects carry promise and Kleven’s biggest gift is his physical presence. As for when Senators head coach D.J. Smith might be ready to showcase that physical presence with the Senators, it’s still very much up in the air.

“I’ve had a lot of supporters and a lot of people reaching out that I haven’t heard from in a while, which is awesome,” Ferguson said of the reaction. “It’s great to have that support. It’s a great feeling and a great start to what I hope is a lot more, so it’s time to really bring my best everyday and just be me and do what I can do.”
