The arrest of 'Onang' brings us closer to justice for Keith, Nolven, and their families,' Torres said.The operation was based on warrants of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court 5th Judicial Region, Masbate City.'Onang' faces multiple charges, including violations of the International Humanitarian Law with the recommended bail set at P200,000 for each case.
