A new poll shows the Manitoba Progressive Conservatives slightly behind in a tight race with the New Democratic Party. “In Manitoba, there never is a blowout. It has always been close,” said Léo Duguay, a principal at the Rothwell Group and a former Conservative MP for St. Boniface.
