Vice President Sara Duterte on Friday accused President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. of not knowing how to rule a country."Hindi marunong maging Presidente ang nakaupo," Duterte categorically said at a press conference in Mandaluyong City, adding it was the reason she resigned from the Department of Education ."Kaya ako umalis sa administration, 'di ba? Hindi ko na gusto yung mga naririnig ko dun, yung mga nakikita ko dun," she said.
