The Voice to Parliament is the 'biggest Constitutional Change' Australians have 'ever been asked to make' with Peta Credlin arguing it will 'take away rights for every other citizen who is non-indigenous'.
This comes after Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced the question that Australians will be asked to vote on and the provisions that will be inserted into the constitution if the referendum is successful.
“It doesn't just change the powers of the federal parliament, or make judges retire at 70, as previous changes did,” Credlin said. Peta Credlin said the Voice to Parliament proposal was the"biggest Constituional change" Australians have"ever been asked to make.
