Kota Kinabalu: There is a need for increased collaboration between City Hall and NGOs/associations to actively involve the public in maintaining cleanliness in the city, said Mayor Datuk Seri Sabin Samitah.He said by forging partnerships with local communities where these NGOs/associations operate, DBKK hopes to reduce littering and promote a cleaner environment, including the proper disposal of garbage.
