A BLIND woman who completed her bachelor’s degree and is now pursuing her master’s degree at USM has been named a Perak youth icon, Makkal Osai reported.

Her achievement is inspiring for the community, especially the youth, and the state government is arranging for her to be hired under the state secretariat once she completes her studies, according to the report. Sivanesan said Maha Vidhya would also be given the chance to speak to primary and secondary school students as a motivational speaker to share her experience.
