Councilman McOsker calls for an analysis by Port of L.A. engineers to investigate the collapse of Baltimore's bridge and assess the potential use of shields or diverters to prevent damage from ship collisions on the Vincent Thomas Bridge.
The Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro gets headlight trails in this time exposure at 6pm recently. McOsker, who represents the city’s 15th District, which includes the harbor area, wants the analysis by Port of L.A.
