Comedian John Bishop chatted with Tommy about his upcoming tour and his mid-life crisis
Comedian John Bishop was the first guest on The Tommy Tiernan Show this evening chatting with host Tommy about his new tour and his midlife crisis.
“It's very specific to Ireland, it’s got a real Irish feel to it. As a result of that, I want to tour in a slightly different way, so I’m gonna tour on a motorbike because I am having a mid-life crisis - on loads of levels! Asked why he got a bike, John joked: “Because it’s a midlife crisis, Tommy, it was either that or a 25-year-old dancer, and I thought, the ride on the bikes probably better, more reliable and ultimately probably cheaper!”
Another joked: “Hey England, wanna swap John Bishop for Conor McGregor? We'll take John Bishop any day, he's sound and lovely.”
