The cat owner claims that his cat is now traumatised after being sexually assaulted by the young boy.
The footage was captured on 8th April 2023 around 1:51am at an HBD flat located in Bukit Panjang, Singapore. The video was posted by cat owner Ismul in hopes to seek justice for his cat.In the video, a teenage boy can be seen removing his pants and crouching down towards the cat. He then proceeded to thrust his lower body towards the cat. In between, the cat tried to run away, however, the boy picked the cat and continued humping.
According to media website Mothership SG, Ismul said the CCTV footage was given to him by his neighbour. He then posted the video on his Instagram stories on 10th April with mentions of a police report being made since the incident.The owner added that the cat has showed signs of trauma since the incident.
On 11th April, an alleged case of obscene act was reported to the police on Senja Road at 12:10am. The male teenager was arrested in relation to the case. Police investigations are ongoing regarding the case.
