Passengers were seen coughing when thick 'smoke' started to fill up the cabin during their flight back to KL. Watch:
Yesterday , a netizen posted a video on her channel, showing a scary episode that took place on her domestic flight back to KL. In the video posted, you can see that the plane’s cabin was gradually being overwhelmed by some sort of fog or smoke at one point during the flight.
“It wasn’t much at first so we weren’t afraid but then the fog started to increase uncontrollably to the point where people just started coughing. I felt so worried for the children and elderly,” the TikTok user wrote. The passenger suspected that the fog was probably caused by the storm outside. It was understood that the strange ‘smoke’ was water vapour from the plane’s air humidifier.
Thankfully, nothing too serious happened and the aircraft managed to land safely at the airport. The TikToker expressed her gratitude to the cabin crew for handling the situation and keeping everyone calm. The video went viral not long after it was posted and many netizens expressed their concerns and how they would’ve reacted in that predicament.
