The restaurant has been a hit with locals, even attracting visitors willing to make the drive to try some authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The success of that establishment has allowed the couple, Chan Bui and Trieu Ngo, to open a new location in our downtown core. The menu is streamlined focusing on quality over quantity. The owners say having fewer items ensures every dish gets the attention to detail it deserves. "I think cooking is an expression of love.
