According to the netizen, a delivery rider asked a nearby guard to fetch a fire extinguisher but unfortunately, he was too stunned to react quickly and the fire began to spread.Fortunately, help arrived to control the situation. According to the statement released by the Fire and Rescue Department on Facebook, they received a distress call at around 3:46pm.
