A Melbourne court hears one of convicted paedophile Malka Leifer's victims lost her baby during the trial into the former principal's child sexual abuse, as she and her sister detail how the impact of their abuse left them 'utterly broken'.
Dr Lichter said it was important the court understood the context in which the abuse had occurred.
Dr Lichter said when something triggered panic in his wife, he could not touch her or hold her because it worsened her experience.
