"Vaping is a high risk for periodontal disease," he said, referring to infections and inflammation of the gums and bone that surround and support the teeth."If you lose perfectly good teeth due to gum disease, I think that's really sad."Dr Bohnstedt was backed by Queensland's Chief Dental Officer Mark Brown, who said that by affecting users' teeth, vaping could also impact self-esteem."They will do regular oral health and mouth cancer checks.
