Ustaz didakwa buat hantaran jelik terhadap Yang di-Pertuan Agong Video
Seorang penceramah bergelar ustaz didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen Ipoh hari ini atas dua pertuduhan membuat hantaran jelik terhadap Yang di-Pertuan Agong menerusi kumpulan Whatsapp, November lalu.
Tertuduh, Ab Malik Hussain, 62, bagaimanapun mengaku tidak bersalah selepas pertuduhan ke atasnya dibacakan di hadapan Hakim Azizah Ahmad. Mengikut pertuduhan pertama dan kedua, bapa kepada dua anak itu didakwa secara sedar membuat dan memulakan penghantaran komunikasi jelik terhadap Yang di-Pertuan Agong dengan niat untuk menyakitkan hati orang lain dalam kumpulan Whatsapp ‘soal jawab tasawuf-’.
Mahkamah kemudiannya membenarkan jaminan RM7,000 dengan seorang penjamin bagi kedua-dua pertuduhan dan menetapkan 14 Ogos ini untuk sebutan semula kes bagi serahan dokumen.
