US rock band Linkin Park back with new vocalist and fresh music

A performance in Los Angeles on Sept 5 marked the band’s official return.

American rock band Linkin Park are back – with a fresh line-up, new music and a concert tour, seven years after the death of lead singer Chester Bennington.

They will join returning members Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, Dave Farrell and Joe Hahn, with Armstrong and Shinoda sharing vocal duties. Brittain replaces original drummer Rob Bourdon who, according to the Associated Press, “has decided to step away”.
