GSPS look to ID pedestrian nearly struck in fatal collision

Greater Sudbury Police say the third pedestrian has been identified and has spoken to investigators. Police thanked the public for their assistance.Greater Sudbury Police are looking to identify a third pedestrian who was nearly struck by the same vehicle involved in a Sept. 13 incident in New Sudbury that killed a 23-year-old woman.

The 23-year-old woman died from her injuries, while another pedestrian, a 31-year-old man, sustained serious injuries, and was hospitalized. Police say as a result of an investigation, they’ve determined that a third pedestrian was nearly struck by the involved vehicle.
