Unprovoked attack against senior at CTrain station sparks hunt for suspects yyc
On March 30, around 9:45 a.m., a 73-year-old man was sitting inside the Marlborough CTrain station located at 889 36 Street N.E. He was approached by a man and a woman, which led to an unprovoked attack, according to a police press release. The woman hit the victim in the head with a glass bottle and the man struck the victim with an unknown object. The victim fell to the ground and was knocked unconscious, the offenders then fled the scene.
While investigators have reviewed CCTV footage from the station, they have been unable to identify the suspects.
