One man was dead when police arrived, said the statement. The second man had critical injuries and was taken to hospital, where he died.Police identified the deceased men as Krishel Kanin Murphy-Nimblett, 28, and Mohamed Omar Mohamed, 23, both of Ottawa. The shooting was in a parking lot in a plaza at the intersection of Tompkins Avenue and Tenth Line Road, according to Mussa Siddiqui, the owner of the African BBQ House there.Article content“They were on the side of the building and one of them came running to us and said that they had been shot,” said Siddiqui. “They came to the parking lot, that’s where the guy collapsed.”Anyone with information about this shooting is asked to contact Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222 ext. 5493.
