RCMP arrested two men in connection with a series of property crimes in Bay Bulls and Witless Bay on Oct. 1.BAY BULLS, N.L. — Police have arrested and charged two men in connection with a series of property crimes in Bay Bulls and Witless Bay on Oct. 1.
The suspects are believed to have broken into a number of homes in the area, making off with a variety of items, including three vehicles.Anthony is charged with break and enter, mischief under $5,000, theft of a motor vehicle, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, prohibited operation of a motor vehicle, possession of property obtained by crime, resisting arrest and breach of probation.
The two were remanded into custody over the weekend. They were scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 4 for bail hearings.
