Two men were nabbed on Thursday after stealing an approximately 10-meter long grounding cable along Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) tracks between Shaw Boulevard and Boni stations.

The suspects were identified as Allan Garcia, 38 resident of Mandaluyong City and Jose Llaneta, 43, resident of Caloocan City.

The personnel discovered the stolen electric cable inside the sack including pliers, hacksaw, wood saw, cutter, and assorted wrenches.The MRT-3 administration clarified that the incident has no impact on the operations of the MRT-3.
