ALERT: Peak hour commuters are facing serious delays in Sydney's south-west right now after two separate truck crashes on the M7 in Prestons and the Hume Motorway at Bardia. Motorists are advised to allow plenty of extra travel time. 9News MORE:
Two trucks collided on the Hume Motorway at Bardia, closing three of four southbound lanes.
And not far away at Prestons, a b-double is believed to have jack-knifed before tipping over on the shoulder of the Hume Motorway at about 7.45am.A rolled-over truck brought traffic to a halt on the M7 at Prestons in Sydney's south-west this morning.One of three southbound lanes was closed while the truck was righted.
All lanes at both accident sites have now been re-opened, but traffic is still heavy and drivers have been warned to allow extra time.
