Two Chinese nationals were arrested after beating their fellow Chinese black and blue in front of the Resorts World Hotel in Pasay City early Sunday morning.
Pasay City police chief P/Colonel Bernard Yang identified the arrested suspects as Canfeng Lou, 37, and Long Zhong, 32, both employees and residents of Unit 1203 Hyatt Hotel in A. Mabini St., Manila.
The investigation conducted by the police showed that prior to the incident and for still unknown reasons, the victim, Meng Xiang Wang, 28, a resident of Stanford 18P, Tower 1, Mckinley Hills, Taguig City, engaged in a heated argument with the suspects.
