Two Brampton men have been arrested and charged with murder after a fatal shooting in the Moss Park area last month.
Richard Baker, 48, and Nathan Bell, 37, have both been charged with second-degree murder after 33-year-old Kyle Provo was gunned down in the Sherbourne Street and Dundas Street East area.Cops were called to that area after sounds of gun shots were reported at approximately 2:45 a.m. on Sept. 16.Earlier reports indicated
that three other men were shot in the same incident but a TPS press release sent out Friday didn’t mention other victims.Baker was scheduled to appear in bail court on Sept. 28 while Bell was scheduled to appear Sept. 29.
