Starting Thursday, the 506 Carlton route will bypass stops at both College and Carlton streets between Ossington Avenue and Parliament Street.

Starting this week, the TTC will cancel its 506 streetcar service to several stops in order to “speed up trip times and improve customer service” around major construction projects along College and Carlton streets.the Toronto Transit Commission said that beginning Oct.

These service changes will remain in place until the end of the year, depending on when construction is completed. Wheel-Trans service will have dedicated service available in the downtown area for those needing connections.
