Multiple Tri-City designers and builders walked away with hardware at the 14th annual HAVAN Housing Excellence Awards last Saturday .
The annual night of awards recognized as many as 49 builders and designers who were awarded 54 prestigious awards. "‘We are thrilled that 2023 marks 14 years of the HAVAN Awards, which have become an important program to showcase the accomplishments of our industry as builders, renovators and designers," stated Ron Rapp, HAVAN CEO in a press release.
The awards also noted that participants in B.C.'s robust construction industry will have to adhere to B.C.'s new Step Code. The Step Code is raising the bar for higher performance homes with advanced techniques and technologies, resulting in improved energy efficiencies, Rapp stated.Among the dozens of builders, designers and contractors who received recognition were these Tri-City winners:
