PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. will have to navigate treacherous political waters as the International Criminal Court at The Hague seeks to 'investigate' former president Rodrigo Duterte for his alleged role in the death of thousands of illegal drug users in the Philippines.
He cannot be seen as being partial to his immediate predecessor and friend and trying to shield him from the onus of human rights-related protests.
