Emergency Health Services said it has activated its district emergency operations centre to Level 1 to help with staffing issues in case they need to transport patients by ground and air.Advertisement 9In addition to its ambulances, BCEHS has 16 dedicated aircraft, 10 airplanes and six helicopters. And, the agency has private companies on standby for extra air support if needed.
