Di dalam, kabin hadir dalam warna coklat gelap dan hitam, dengan rekaan papan pemuka yang lebih ringkas, menempatkan ruang cawan di sudut berdepan dengan corong udara. Ini sama seperti yang ada untuk Perodua Ativa, yang juga memanfaatkan platform DNGA. Dengan ini, bahagian seperti sterengnya dan tombol gear juga sangat mirip dengan Ativa. Konsol tengah telah dinaikkan dan tersedia perehat lengan yang tersorok di bawahnya pengecas tanpa wayar Qi.
Varian G pula menerima tambahan seperti pengilap cermin responsif hujan, kemasan krom di luar, stereng dan tombol gear balutan kulit, instrumen kluster digital tujuh-inci, sistem lampu suasana 64-warna, pendingin automatik, permukaan materian lembut di beberapa kawasan, enam pembesar suara dan brek parkir elektronik .
Enjin Vios 2023 ini menggunakan unit 2NR-VE 1.5 liter NA empat-silinder petrol yang menghasilkan 106 PS pada 6,000 rpm dan 138 Nm tork pada 4,200 rpm. Berbanding unit 2NR-FE sebelum ini, unit 2NR-VE berkongsi kapasiti enjin yang sama, DOHC dan Dual VVT-i, tetapi janaan output berkurang satu PS dan dua Nm.
