A judge ordered Kassa to be in treatment at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and the facility reported him missing to police. In spring 2020, Kassa also walked away from the facility,He is described as 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black hoodie, blue hat, blue jeans and brown shoes.
Police say they are concerned for his safety but advise anyone who spots him to not approach and call 911.Share this article in your social network
