PETALING JAYA: Top Glove Corporation Bhd. (Top Glove) melaporkan kerugian selepas cukai sebanyak RM454 juta pada suku keempat tahun kewangan berakhir 31 Ogos 2023 berbanding RM52 juta yang direkodkan
Menurut kenyataan, perkara tersebut antaranya didorong oleh kemerosotan nilai muhibah, hartanah, loji dan jentera yang tidak ada impak ke atas aliran tunai berjumlah sebanyak RM389 juta.
Sementara itu, pendapatan bagi keseluruhan tahun dilaporkan pada RM2.26 bilion, jauh lebih rendah berbanding RM5.57 bilion yang dicatatkan pada 2022. “Ini melibatkan menjimatkan kos operasi, utiliti dan tenaga buruh terus memberi tumpuan kepada pesanan yang menjana aliran tunai positif dan margin yang lebih baik dan volum jualan telah berkurang suku ke suku.
