Tommy Bowe's absence from Ireland AM has been explained after viewers were left wondering where he was.
Tommy spoke in parliament to discuss his experience of it as well as the benefits sport can have on communities. Ireland AM co-host Muireann also joined in on the fun, jokingly telling viewers that Tommy could be headed to the Áras one day.
