Menurut beliau, keputusan untuk membawa Tokyo Auto Salon ke luar Jepun adalah bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pendedahan yang lebih meluas untuk ahli-ahlinya dan bagi meneroka pasaran-pasaran baharu.
